Welcome to the site of the Mountain Empire Creative Arts Council! We serve the needs of East San Diego County with quality experiences in visual, musical, written, and dramatic art forms. We welcome suppporters of the arts, too.
We invest in the children, youth, and adults of the Mountain Empire region with instruction and enriching experiences in schools, workshops, and special events.

Mission Statement
The Mountain Empire Creative Arts Council will act as an umbrella for the various art activities for individuals and groups in the Mountain Empire area, to enhance the wellbeing of its inhabitants.
We will provide opportunities for East County residents to participate in artistic displays, workshops, theatre groups, musical performances, education, and other events undertaken by the Council.
